Delete your Pania CM account

Pania CM app, published by NG & Auto Cameroun SARL

From the app (immediate)

Open Pania CM and sign in.
Go to Profile and, at the bottom of the page, tap "Delete my account".
Give a reason (optional) and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@nextgenafrika.com from the account's email address, or giving the account's phone number, with the subject "Account deletion". We check that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

Your profile, your sign-in account (phone or email) and your profile photo.
Your favourites, price alerts, budgets and shopping lists.
Your points history and your notifications.
Your first name on the recipes you shared.

What is kept

The prices you reported and your price ratings, detached from your account: they are part of the community's price history.
Orders and payments already made, for our accounting and legal obligations.
A minimal record (display name, phone, email, deletion date), visible only to our administrators, kept for 12 months and then deleted.
